An increasingly popular feature of modern phone systems is the ability to twin your extension with your mobile, home landline, or indeed any number you choose!

Once twinned, if a call, internal or external, rings your extension, it also rings your mobile, or other twinned phone. You can answer the call on either device.

No more calls missed whilst you’re on the way in from the car park or coming back from the coffee room. So long as you have your mobile with you, that call will find you. Now when you work from home you don’t need to forward calls to your home landline, Horizon sends them out automatically. You can, of course, still choose NOT to answer the call and it will forward to a colleague or to voicemail in the normal manner.
